When exiting the airport look for signs to Highway A1 (marked in green) in the direction of Florence. You will pass several exits to Rome, disregard them and keep following signs to Florence. In about an hour and a half exit at ORTE.

After the toll plaza keep right in the direction of PERUGIA highway E45. Stay on E45 for about an hour. Just before Perugia the highway splits, to the left is Perugia to the right is Assisi and straight ahead is CESENA. Follow the signs to CESENA for about 20 minutes. Exit PIERANTONIO.

At the stop sign after the exit turn left. You will be on Strada Provinciale SP169. From here you have about 4+1/2 kilometers to go. Follow this country road past a gas station, past a horse farm, some houses, until you are surrounded by low mountains on both sides. 

Slow down when you come to an open clearing on the left with farm houses in the distance. Just before a large estate with a cylindrical tower you will see a driveway on the left side of the road. 

Turn left in to the driveway and  left again onto a dirt road.. (do not turn right to the estate). Continue up hill on the dirt road past a large house on the left. As you start to descent the road forks out. Turn right at the fork and soon you will come to our gate. The call button is on the left pillar.

When you leave Florence take highway A1 in the direction of ROME. Keep on A1 for a little less than an hour. Exit VALDICHIANA
